Sunshine was born in 2005. We all fell in love when we met her as a filly at the Hillsdale County Fair. When she was ready to be weaned, we drove to the farm and met Milo, her sire (see horses we sold). We went to buy one horse and came home with two. The haflingers are a smart, loving, and a hardy bred. We hope to have Sunshine for a long long long time. (They have been known to live up to 40 years.) |
